Because we don’t add artificial preservatives or stabilisers, we don’t put an abnormally long shelf life on our Alfajores. But you have plenty of time to eat them, as we guarantee our product will still be of absolutely first class quality 14 days after production when stored under normal, ambient conditions. You can even refrigerate or freeze them.

Of course, all our production and health standards have been checked and passed by the Edinburgh Local Authority. Each alfajor is minimum 40g nett, a box of 6 is minimum 240g nett. We can ship up to 3 boxes together at the small package rate, after that the delivery cost set by the courier increases.

You can pay online by credit card (handled by PayPal), or direct via your PayPal account. Delivery by courier. Please give delivery instructions at checkout (eg. “leave with neighbour”) if you think you will be out when delivery is made.
