We promise to create traditional Argentine bakery products using traditional recipes made under artisinal conditions. We don’t use artificiail preservatives to extend the shelf life – we aim to make great tastic products naturally made to be eaten fresh.
We promise to create great tasting and great looking special occasion cakes using our traditional recipes twinned with our acquired skills in craft baking.

Our vision is to have a product range of Argentinian bakery products made the traditional way, using fresh and natural ingredients, avaliable via cafés, delis and through our online shop. Our first product available now is our luxurious, hand-made, dark chocolate alfajor (pronounced ‘alfa-hor’).

Carlos Gardel
Head Baker
Carlos Gardel comes from Buenos Aires and moved to the UK in 2005.
His upbringing was in a crowded kitchen full of his Italian and German forbears, where he learned the traditional baking and cooking methods of Argentinian food.
